Schedule and ordering

All orders are confirmed within 24 hours. To reduce the ETA, we offer regular weekly shipping. Along that flexible scheduling and courier shipments are available.

Logistics

With our global logistic partners we deliver our products worldwide. Both our production and warehouse is located in Estonia. Marine shipments are done from port Muuga, Tallinn, Estonia.

Shipments

We ship by air, marine and ground. For overseas shipments we use 20’ and 40’ marine containers (up to 30 saunas).

Package

All our products come in wooden crate (pallet) with custom reinforced frame around the package. Package is secured with plastic strapping belts to make a safe delivery.

Assembly

Assembly manual has easy to follow instuctions in english, both in metric and imperial (US) system. For two persons with common tools assembly takes usually 6-8 hours.

Limited warranty

For all our products we offer 2-year limited warranty on workmanship and defects on materials, where such defects existed before, when the product left our warehouse.
