To use an outdoor sauna, you heat it using an electric heater or wood-burning stove. Once the sauna reaches the desired temperature (usually between 150-195°F or 65-90°C), you can step inside, sit on the wooden benches, and let the heat soothe your muscles and detoxify your body.
